Voice capture
The fastest way to get something out of your head. Speak a sentence; Todome writes the task, reads the date, and files it.
Every other task manager expects English typed into a box. Todome expects a sentence spoken the way you would say it to a colleague — and it understands eleven Indian languages, not just English.
How to use it
- On a phone: tap the round microphone button at the bottom right of any screen.
- On a desktop: press Q for Quick Add, then the microphone icon.
Speak naturally. You do not need to phrase it like a command, and you do not need to say the date in any particular format.
Languages
Speech recognition runs on Sarvam’s Indic models, which are trained on Indian languages rather than adapted from English.

Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi and Odia are supported as well. You do not choose a language anywhere — Todome detects it from what you said, so you can switch mid-day without changing a setting.
What it understands
Dates and times
Tomorrow, next Monday, on the 15th, this evening, in two weeks — all become a real due date. A time mentioned in the sentence becomes the due time.
Priority
Saying something is urgent or important sets the priority, so you rarely need to touch the priority field by hand.
Privacy
- Recording only happens while you are actively holding the button.
- Audio is sent for transcription and is not stored by Todome afterwards — only the text of the task is saved.

Limits
Voice capture is metered, because transcription costs money per use. Free includes five captures a day; Pro includes a hundred. See Plans and limits.
