Connect Claude and ChatGPT

Ask an assistant what's due, or tell it to add something, without opening Todome at all.

Once connected, an assistant can read your tasks and projects and create or complete tasks on your behalf — inside the same conversation where you were already thinking about the work.

Claude — no key needed

  1. In Todome, open Settings → Connections and copy the address shown under Claude.
  2. In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste it.
  3. Claude sends you back to Todome to approve the connection. Approve it, and you are done.

Then just ask, in ordinary language:

  • “What’s on my Todome list today?”
  • “Add a task to call the supplier tomorrow at 3.”
  • “Mark the invoice task as done.”

ChatGPT — needs a key

  1. In Settings → Connections, create an API key and copy it. It is shown once.
  2. In ChatGPT, go to Explore GPTs → Create → Configure → Create new action and import the schema address shown on the same page.
  3. Set authentication to API Key, auth type Bearer, and paste your key.
Careful: An API key is a password to your tasks. Do not paste it into a shared chat or a public document. You can revoke any key from the same settings page, and revoking takes effect immediately.

What an assistant can and cannot do

It can

  • List your tasks and projects
  • Create tasks, with dates and priorities
  • Complete tasks

It cannot

  • Read anything outside the workspace you connected
  • See other members’ private data
  • Change billing, delete your account, or manage teammates

A connection is scoped to one workspace — the one that was active when you approved it. If you work in several, connect each separately.

Disconnecting

Both connected apps and API keys are listed in Settings → Connections, with the date each was last used. Revoke anything you no longer recognise.
