Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Todome (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls (including our AI and voice endpoints).
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data or workspaces.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

You own the tasks, projects, and other content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content to operate the Service for you (including sending voice input to our AI provider for transcription). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.

Voice transcription, task extraction, and the AI day planner are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors or misinterpret input. Always review AI-generated results before relying on them. These features depend on third-party AI providers and may change or be temporarily unavailable.

• The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business). Current pricing is shown on our site and in the app.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay and, unless cancelled, renew automatically for the plan period.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep paid features until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for the current period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@todome.hobbytime.tech.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

The Free plan includes usage limits (for example, a cap on the number of projects and on AI or voice usage). We may adjust these limits to keep the Service sustainable, and we’ll aim to give notice of material reductions.

Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar) are subject to the third party’s own terms. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect them at any time.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (such as content licence limits, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction there.
