How Todome uses your Google data

Connecting Google Calendar is entirely optional — Todome works fully without it. If you choose to connect it, here is exactly what we ask for and why.

What we request

Permission to view and manage events on your Google Calendar (the calendar.events scope). We never request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google service.

Why we request it

So that a task you schedule in Todome appears as an event in your calendar, beside your meetings — and updates or disappears when you reschedule or complete it. That two-way visibility is the entire purpose; it is not used for anything else.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Humans do not read it, except with your explicit consent on a support request you raise or where the law requires it.

Staying in control

Disconnect at any time from Settings → Calendars in the app, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking deletes the access tokens we hold.
