Plans and limits
Free is meant to be genuinely usable, not a trial. Paid plans raise limits on the things that cost real money to run.

Why these particular limits
Everything metered above costs money every time it is used — speech transcription and AI inference are billed per request, and files cost storage. Nothing that is merely a feature is locked away.
So Free has no cap on tasks, projects, labels, sub-tasks, views, or team members. You can run your whole life on it. What you cannot do is make five hundred AI requests a day without paying for them.
Beta access
Beta users can claim Pro free for 30 days with a code. Redeem it at Settings → Billing, or open the claim link you were sent.
- You will be emailed 7 days, 2 days and on the day before it ends.
- When it ends, the workspace returns to Free. Nothing is deleted — every task, project and file stays exactly where it is. You simply hit Free’s daily limits again.
- One claim per person.
Paying and cancelling
Payments are handled by Razorpay — UPI, cards and net banking. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
